A non-refundable deposit of the first night stay may be taken 7 days prior to arrival; the balance is due on arrival. Prices are subject to change without notice. E&OE

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Infants under 12 months old are FREE. Children older than 1 year are classified as an extra guest. An adult must be present and supervise children on the property at all times, especially in the pool area.
